Indian Silverbills - Triplet

Silverbills are mostly found in open areas, close to farm lands where it is easy to find seeds and grains which they predominantly feed on. They are always found in flocks and are known to be social with other birds of the same subspecies.

On the drive back from Daroji Bear sanctuary, we saw this guy in the fields. My friend Sanath was driving and providing the much needed light on the leopard from the car. One of the most amazing sightings and wildlifing experiences I've ever had.
