Being one of the rarest birds in India, very few photographs of this nocturnal creature are available, and getting this shot was an adventure in itself, shooting hand held in low light and making way through thick evergreen forests.

On the drive back from Daroji Bear sanctuary, we saw this guy in the fields. My friend Sanath was driving and providing the much needed light on the leopard from the car. One of the most amazing sightings and wildlifing experiences I've ever had.
